Who you'll report to

What you'll be doing:
Providing technical support to customers and System Partners via email, telephone and regular site visits within HME territories, ensuring a prompt and accurate resolution to any issues, followed up with a written report.* Coordinating with local authorities to understand the requirements for product approvals as and when required.* Coordinating with the HE and HA as applicable for arranging the documents required for product approvals.* Helping the sales team with handling any technical matters like technical complaints, project specification compliances, technical presentations, etc.* Specifying Hochiki in the end-user, consultant vendor list as required.* Handling a few customers if required by the Head of Sales or Senior Management of Hochiki.*

Qualifications
Essential: Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Desirable: Knowledge of NFPA, EN and UAE Civil codes and standards.
Experience
Essential: Minimum 6 to 7 years of experience in the fire alarm industry.
Desirable: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the Middle East.
Knowledge
Essential: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages.
Desirable: Experience of working with SAP and knowledge of the fire alarm system and emergency lighting system design, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
Technical skills
Essential: Understanding of Fire detection and Alarm system design, installation, programming, commissioning and maintenance.
* Desirable: Working knowledge of fire detection and alarm system design, installation, panel programming, and commissioning.
