: Tech. Sales Engineer (Geolining Projects)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tech. Sales Engineer with a strong background in Geolining projects. The ideal candidate must have solid technical knowledge and proven sales experience within UAE/GCC in the same field.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle for Geolining projects.

Achieve a minimum of AED 1 million in monthly sales.

Handle client discussions, technical presentations, and site-related coordination.

Conduct follow-ups, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection.

Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and reports.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Report sales activities as per WATER SEAL's Sales Procedures.

Collaborate with internal teams for operations and project execution.

Requirements

Experience & Background

Minimum 2 years of UAE/GCC experience in Geolining project sales.

Strong technical understanding of geolining products and applications.

Proven track record in sales within the same industry.

Good English communication skills.

Education & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.

Additional Requirements

Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Should be available to join immediately.

Compensation

Salary: Up to AED 10,000 (final amount based on experience & profile)

Commission: Provided

Other Benefits: As per company policy

Working Conditions

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Work Days: 6 days/week (Sunday off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
