Duties & Responsibilities
Handle customer communication via
email and phone
Share catalogues, product specifications, and assist in basic solution recommendations
Coordinate with suppliers to support delivery timelines
Follow up on customer payments using account statements
Support product demos or onsite trials when needed
Visit customer locations for meetings, demos, and technical discussions
Experience Required
1 to 2 years
basic understanding of electronics or instrumentation fundamentals (signals, sensors, or measurement principles) will be considered a bonus
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Diploma in
Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related fields
Comfortable using
Excel, Outlook, and Word
Good communication and customer service skills
Responsible, organized, and able to follow deadlines
Ability to work independently and within a team
Must be comfortable with
customer visits as part of the job

commute to Dubai
Must be willing to
relocate to Dubai before starting work
