. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the construction and MEP sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell insulation materials for various HVAC and MEP applications.
Build and maintain relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, and key clients.
Identify potential business opportunities through regular site visits.
Prepare sales reports and maintain updated project lists for management review.
Monitor market trends and stay informed about competitor products and systems.
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and negotiations to ensure order closure.
Plan and execute strategies to meet sales and profit targets.
Ensure effective communication with customers to maintain long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the construction or MEP industry.
Proven experience with HVAC and MEP products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and project follow-up abilities.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
