Position: Sales Engineer

Location:

Al Qusais, Dubai, UAE

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role Valid UAE driving license Experience in acoustic panel sales Background in construction or building materials industry Bachelor's degree (field related to engineering or construction preferred)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers Respond promptly to client inquiries and serve as the main point of contact

Technical Sales

Prepare detailed technical specifications and quotations for specialty products Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers Assist clients in selecting appropriate solutions based on their project requirements

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector Research and analyse market trends to develop effective sales strategies Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Project Management

Coordinate with installation teams for project execution Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and challenges Monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction Troubleshoot technical issues during installation when necessary

Product Knowledge

Maintain expert knowledge of all company products, particularly acoustic panels Stay updated on new product developments and industry innovations Attend manufacturer training sessions as required

Administrative Duties

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in company CRM Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports Document client specifications and requirements Process sales orders and follow up on delivery timelines

Skills and Attributes:

Strong technical knowledge of building materials, particularly acoustic solutions Excellent communication and presentation skills Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities Self-motivated with ability to work independently Attention to detail and commitment to quality Proficiency in MS Office and relevant design/technical software
