We are seeking a results-driven

Technical Sales Engineer

with proven experience in the ELV domain, specifically in

Building Management Systems (BMS)

and

Home Automation Systems

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, preparing technical proposals, managing client relationships, and overseeing project coordination. A solid understanding of

UAE standards

, proficiency in

technical documentation

, and the use of

project management tools

is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers. Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for BMS and Home Automation systems. Conduct site surveys, requirement analysis, and system design recommendations. Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and tenders. Understand and apply UAE-specific codes and standards for ELV and automation systems. Provide technical support during pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities. Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth project handovers and execution. Utilize project management and CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and project progress. Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for internal and client presentations. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to expand market presence.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in ELV systems, specifically BMS and Home Automation. Strong knowledge of ELV standards and regulations within the UAE. Hands-on experience in technical sales, solution design, and project coordination. Proficient in proposal and report writing (MS Office, AutoCAD, Visio, or relevant tools). Familiar with project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Valid UAE driving license.

Preferred Certifications:

KNX, Niagara, or other BMS certifications. PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
