Sales Manager
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new AMC and project clients.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, landlords, property developers, and commercial clients.
Identify market trends and customer needs to drive sales growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery.
Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, ideally in the maintenance, facility management, or fit-out industry.
Strong network and ability to build client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools (Jobber or similar preferred).
UAE driving license preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE market.
