Mekar & RGS are hiring two

Technical Sales Engineers

to expand our sales teams. These roles are ideal for technically proficient professionals with strong B2B sales capabilities.

Position 1: HVAC Product Sales Engineer

Focus:

Sales of finished HVAC products (supply only).

Responsible for driving sales of Mekar's HVAC systems to consultants, contractors, and end users. This role is sales-focused and does not involve project execution but requires sound technical understanding.

Position 2: HVAC Retrofit Sales Engineer

Focus:

Sales of retrofit projects including supply, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Responsible for driving sales of RGS's HVAC retrofit solutions. Clear understanding of electrical and mechanical concepts, coordinate with project teams through the full retrofit process. Requires deeper technical knowledge and a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote our solutions to consultants, contractors, and MEP firms Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits Coordinate with internal engineering teams to prepare proposals Manage client relationships and ensure post-sale satisfaction Track market trends and report on pipeline and forecast Represent the company at relevant industry events and trade shows

Key Goals:

Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets (competitive bonus structure in place) Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers

Skills and Requirements:

Strong communication, negotiation, and technical sales skills Good understanding of HVAC systems preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred (open to other degrees with relevant experience) 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the HVAC or related technical field Valid UAE driving license

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Benefits:
