Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Engineer to lead our sales efforts. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to make a significant impact and contribute to the continued growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:



Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in sales in

preferable if it were in the water pumps division.

Providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to drive performance and exceed sales goals. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, including major accounts and strategic partners, to drive business growth and expansion opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tendering, business development, and logistics, to develop customized solutions and address client needs effectively. Conduct high-level technical presentations and demonstrations of products and solutions to senior executives and decision-makers, showcasing the value proposition and benefits. Grow knowledge of principal's range of products and services and their strength and how competition compares to the range. Stay informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and market leadership. Perform project tracking activities in country and update periodically on their current stages. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis, customer feedback, and sales performance metrics. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as a thought leader and subject matter expert, driving brand awareness and business development efforts.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; preferable in Mechanical. Proven track record of success in technical sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion. Technical expertise in technologies, with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts effectively. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Profession: Preferable is mechanical.
Experience: 3 years in the Qatari market; it would be preferable if it were in the water pumps division.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
