, is looking for a proactive and detail-orientedTechnical Sales Coordinator
to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a flair for coordination and customer service, and experience in the HVAC or engineering sector, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in day-to-day operations including preparing quotations, technical submittals, and follow-ups. Coordinate between sales, production, logistics, and clients to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction. Manage and update CRM systems, sales reports, and customer databases. Process orders, invoices, and track project status across departments. Respond to client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information. Assist with business development support and marketing coordination as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination role, preferably in HVAC or manufacturing industry. Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. UAE experience preferred;
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
