Job Summary:

Maxell Group is seeking a

Technical Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team in delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. This role requires a dynamic professional who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and sales efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate sales processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in handling technical inquiries and providing product recommendations based on customer requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing timely solutions. Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and documentation to support sales efforts. Coordinate with internal departments, including engineering, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Track and manage customer orders, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends. Support the sales team in meetings, presentations, and technical discussions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools. Provide post-sales support by addressing customer concerns and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechnical) Minimum of

2-5 years

of experience in a technical sales or sales coordination role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. Strong understanding of technical products, industrial equipment, or manufacturing processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in HVAC, automation, machinery, or other industrial products. Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
