Position
Technical Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Providing necessary technical Support for Project and Activation sales team, the candidate must have excellent technical knowledge for both Decorative paints and PC coating systems
Visiting the sites cooperating with sales team to support our customers (Main contractors, Paint applicators and Dealers )
Proposing the correct paint systems for Construction sites , PC customers and water proofing coordinating with sales team.
Preparing the site technical reports coordinating with sales team
Visit Architects and consultants, coordinating with sales and specification teams to provide technical solutions .
Following our method of statements and make sure that our customers follow the technical instructions .
Track the competitor's activity in the Territory and report the same
Preparing paints training program to our sales team and Customers
Supervising the mockup samples to get it approved .
Follow customers technical complaint and register the same in CCM and ensure that the same is closed as per the policy..
Monitor the inspection tools .,
Ensure all the gifts and other promotional materials are distributed as per the eligibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or sales preferred.
4-5 years working in technical support and sales experience on a similar role in Construction Chemicals and Paint Industry, preferably in Doha, Qatar.
