Technical Sales Admin
Job Description
We are urgently looking for a Technical Sales Admin to join our growing team in Doha! This vital position acts as a bridge between our sales and technical teams, ensuring smooth operations, prompt customer support, and efficient project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing purchase orders and quotations
Handle customer inquiries and prepare technical proposals/quotations.
Maintain organized sales files and customer data, process sales orders and PO.
Generate and submit cash sales and tracking reports to the Sales Manager.
Ensure departmental compliance with QMS Quality Objectives.
Manage customer communications (calls/emails) and follow up on inquiries.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in manufacturing or plastics industry.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with ISO standards and document control procedures.
