*Junior Oil & Gas Trader* Full-time *Initiate and lead the marketing and trading activities of the petroleum products from the Companies\' refineries and 3rd party supply source in order to generate maximum profit as per the approved Trading Plan through the implementation of the strategies planned.* *Responsibilities* * Cover a full range of Refined Products and Crude as required * Work closely with Joint Ventures group to provide commercial support and ensure alignment. * Support middle and back office in contract and document negotiation, approvals, accounting, invoicing. * Develop and present analysis to management to support future trading positions. * Support growth of global crude trading business * Build relationships with external trading counterparties, refiners and producers in order to understand their requirements, strategies, drivers, business portfolio and market views. * Consulting with Supply to determine refinery requirements, and developing optionality in crude supplies * Working with traders in our Trading offices across the world to develop and implement trading strategies. * Ensure all trading activity is carried out in compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. * Developing and enhancing counter-party relationships in order to expand our market presence and increase trading potential. * Provide analysis on short term & long term opportunities * Take into consideration, risk, credit costs and the competitive environment when pricing. *Qualifications* * Full knowledge and understanding of regulatory rules in both physical and financial crude oil markets and potential impacts if these rules change. * The position requires Five or more years experiences in trading industry with 2-3 years \xe2\x80\x98experience in energy (Petroleum, gasoil) trading as a must. * Deep understanding of inter-regional crude oil flows, refinery operations and shipping markets. * Experience dealing with regulatory rules in both physical and financial crude oil markets and working through potential impacts when these rules change. * You should have an extensive list of contacts across the energy market participants. * Ability to deal with ambiguity, effective decision making * Minimum of 5 years of related energy industry experience, including Commercial Negotiation experience and Refinery Logistics experience * ONLY CANDIDATES MEETING THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
