As a Technical Recruiter specializing in the oil and gas land rigs industry, you'll be a key player in identifying and securing top-tier talent, particularly individuals with experience in roles such as Rig Superintendent, Senior Toolpusher, and Night Toolpusher. Your unique insight into these roles will be crucial in attracting professionals who can drive our company's success.

Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and recruit highly skilled professionals in the oil and gas land rigs sector, focusing on roles like Rig Superintendent, Senior Toolpusher, and Night Toolpusher. Networking: Utilize your industry connections and expertise to build a network of qualified candidates, staying active in industry events and online communities. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure a thorough understanding of the skills and experience needed for each specialized role. Candidate Evaluation: Leverage your firsthand experience in roles like Rig Superintendent to conduct in-depth technical assessments and interviews, evaluating candidates for their qualifications and cultural fit. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscapes to shape and refine recruitment strategies. Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and transparent candidate experience, offering timely and constructive feedback and maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in roles such as Rig Superintendent, Senior Toolpusher, or Night Toolpusher in the oil and gas land rigs industry. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of the technical skills and expertise required for leadership roles in drilling operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
