Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Source cybersecurity and technical candidates using platforms such as
LinkedIn, SuccessFactors
, and other recruitment tools Screen technical resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Collaborate closely withDigital and Cybersecurity hiring managers
to understand role requirements and technical needs Build and maintain strongtalent pipelines
for current and future hiring Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, guiding candidates from application to offer usingSuccessFactors
Requirements
Experience as a
Technical or Cybersecurity Recruiter
Strong understanding ofcybersecurity and IT roles
Hands-on experience withLinkedIn sourcing
and ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to workfull-time in the UAE timezone
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
