Key Responsibilities



Source cybersecurity and technical candidates using platforms such as

LinkedIn, SuccessFactors

, and other recruitment tools Screen technical resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Collaborate closely with

Digital and Cybersecurity hiring managers

to understand role requirements and technical needs Build and maintain strong

talent pipelines

for current and future hiring Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, guiding candidates from application to offer using

SuccessFactors


Requirements



Experience as a

Technical or Cybersecurity Recruiter

Strong understanding of

cybersecurity and IT roles

Hands-on experience with

LinkedIn sourcing

and ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work

full-time in the UAE timezone


Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
