We are a growing technical services company based in Dubai, specializing in aluminum & glass fabrication and renovation works. We are looking for a hands-on
Operations & Technical Project Manager
to join our team and take charge of workshop execution and site project management.
Key Responsibilities
:
Aluminum & Glass Division
Review and extract work requirements from architectural & technical drawings.
Estimate quantities and materials accurately for quotation preparation.
Prepare BOQ, takeoffs, and liaise with sales manager to prepare timely quotations.
Source materials (aluminum profiles, glass types, accessories) while ensuring price and quality benchmarks.
Supervise and guide workshop team and helper to fabricate according to drawings.
Ensure quality control and timely delivery of aluminum and glass works.
Renovation Division
Handle client discussions, understand scope, and define project milestones.
Estimate project cost and prepare proposals and timelines.
Procure and manage subcontractors and materials.
Supervise renovation projects from start to handover, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements
:
Minimum 4-7 years of UAE experience in aluminum & glass or renovation project execution.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and reading civil/mechanical drawings.
Strong material knowledge of UAE aluminum profiles, glass types, hardware, etc.
Fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu; Arabic is a plus.
Good leadership skills to manage technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Must have UAE driving license .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
