We are looking for a seasoned

Technical Manager

to ensure all technical, engineering, and construction aspects of development projects meet the highest standards. This role acts as an independent validation layer over consultants, contractors, and internal teams, driving compliance, quality, and alignment with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate designs, drawings, and technical documentation prepared by consultants. Implement robust quality control systems aligned with international luxury standards. Monitor site progress and quality of works against timelines, budgets, and specifications. Conduct site inspections and issue technical reports on compliance, risks, and corrective actions. Support project lifecycle planning and ensure adherence to schedules and milestones. Escalate risks, delays, or deviations and propose mitigation strategies. Drive cross-functional coordination to minimize silos and ensure efficient workflows. Identify technical risks early and recommend preventive measures. Review technical solutions for cost efficiency without compromising quality. Ensure stakeholder alignment between consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Promote adoption of best practices and compliance with international codes and standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. 10+ years of experience in Real Estate Development, Construction, or Project Management in the UAE.

Mandatory: Proven track record across consulting, contracting and developer environments.

Experience delivering high-end and luxury projects. Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and design standards. Hands-on exposure to site operations, design office and head office functions. * Expertise in stakeholder coordination, risk management and reporting.
