Technical Manager (manufacturing Of Elecric Vehicle Company)
Job Description
1. Technical data management: formulating the technical data management system of the joint venture company;
2. Production technical support: fully responsible for the technical support of the production process and the optimization of the production process of the joint venture factory;
3. Professional management of business and technology: continuously improve the technical competitiveness of the vehicles of the joint venture company by combining the market policies and regulations for the products and the competitive advantages of friendly products;
4. Technical team management: by creating a positive working atmosphere, creating effective communication channels, cultivating and maintaining good external working relationships, organizing and carrying out personnel selection, assessment and evaluation, cultivating and motivating, improving the professional ability of personnel, and promoting the continuous improvement of team work quality and efficiency.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2.With more than 3 years of relevant work experience;
3. Can accept long-term work abroad;
4. English is preferred.
