Technical Manager Interior Designer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
:Manage the technical aspects of interior design projects from concept to completion. Review and validate design drawings, and material submittals. Coordinate between design, procurement, and site execution teams. Lead value engineering and design optimization efforts. Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and industry standards. Monitor project schedules and resolve technical issues on site. Provide guidance and supervision to draftsmen and site engineers.
Requirements
:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong proficiency in Revit for developing detailed and coordinated BIM models. Experience in integrating Revit with other software tools (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD). Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods. Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Arabic Language is
