Creative Home Dubai specializes in luxury home and outdoor renovations, offering bespoke designs and high-end transformations for real estate owners looking to renovate for resale, upselling, or personal use. Our focus is on creating aesthetic, functional, and high-quality living spaces tailored to our clients' needs.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile and experienced individual who can take ownership of both the design and project management aspects of home renovation projects. This hybrid role requires creativity, strong technical knowledge, and excellent organizational skills to lead projects from initial concept through design development to final execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Duties

-Meet with clients to understand requirements, tastes, and budget.

-Develop design concepts through mood boards, layout plans, and 3D visuals.

-Select materials, finishes, and furnishings appropriate to the project scope.

-Prepare and submit design proposals, drawings, and revisions.

-Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for sample approvals and material procurement.

-Ensure design integrity is maintained throughout execution.

-Lead and mentor the design team

Project Management Duties

-Create and manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met.

-Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and in-house teams.

-Oversee procurement schedules, BOQs, and delivery timelines.

-Conduct site visits to monitor quality, progress, and resolve issues.

-Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.

-Prepare and submit regular progress and cost reports.

-Ensure all work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and company processes

Qualifications & Skills

-Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

-Minimum 5 years of combined experience in interior design and project management (preferably in renovations).

-Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop; knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.

-Ability to multitask across design and execution tasks efficiently.

-Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

-Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

-Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

-Knowledge of UAE building codes, suppliers, and renovation standards is a plus
