decision-making, filtering, and long-term outcomes.

We are looking for a

hands-on Growth & Acquisition Lead

to design, execute, and optimize

real lead systems

-- not vanity marketing.

The Role



This role is for

operators

, not "idea people." You will not be posting on Instagram for likes. You will be responsible for

building and running lead systems end-to-end

, ensuring a steady flow of high-net-worth investors into our ecosystem.

What You Will Actually Do



1. Acquisition



Google Ads:

Execute search-first, high-intent campaigns targeting specific investor queries.

Project-Specific Campaigns:

Launch rapid campaigns for specific real estate developments.

Meta Ads:

Build "Click-to-WhatsApp" funnels that start conversations immediately.

Retargeting Systems:

Capture missed opportunities via video and site visitor retargeting.

SEO Strategy:

Test parasite SEO and authority platforms (Medium, LinkedIn) to rank for niche legal/investment terms.

2. Funnels & Systems



WhatsApp Automation:

Design funnels for qualification, routing, and booking directly in WhatsApp.

Landing Pages:

Build and optimize pages that are

conversion-focused

, not just "pretty."

Logic & Routing:

Implement lead scoring to ensure our sales team only talks to qualified prospects.

Integration:

Connect Ads ? CRM ? WhatsApp ? Calendar ? Payment seamlessly.

Playbooks:

Build "Project-Launch" playbooks where speed is the priority.

3. Strategy & Analysis



Decide

when

to use Ads vs. SEO vs. Content (and when to ignore a channel). Understand

Investor Psychology

vs.

Legal-Client Psychology

and adjust the offer accordingly.

Filter Aggressively:

We want high quality, not high volume.

Track Real KPIs:

Cost Per QualifiedLead, Show Rate, and Close Rate (not just Clicks).

4. Coordination



Work directly with legal and real estate teams to translate complex services into offers that convert.

Note:

You will

NOT

manage social media aesthetics. This is not that role.

What You Must Already Know (Non-Negotiable)



You

must

already have hands-on experience with:

Google Search Ads

(Expert level; not just Meta experience).

Funnel Logic

(Understanding TOFU/MOFU/BOFU is basic; we need advanced implementation).

WhatsApp-Based Lead Flows.

High-Ticket Services

(Real Estate, Legal, Finance, or Consulting).

CRM Systems

(HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).

Conversion Tracking & Attribution.


If you have only worked with E-commerce, Dropshipping, Influencers, or Brand-only roles, this is

not the role for you.

What Will Make You Stand Out



Experience specifically in

Real Estate

or

Legal/Financial Services

. Experience dealing with

International Clients

(especially Spanish-speaking markets). The ability to say

"This will not work, and here is why."

(We value honesty over agreement).

Operator Mindset:

Speed > Perfection. Comfortable working directly with Founders.

What We Do NOT Care About



Awards. Buzzwords. "Creative Storytelling." Vanity Metrics (Likes/Shares). Aesthetic-only portfolios.

Pay: AED8,500.00 per month
