Profile ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Main Activities,
Ensure data availability to Global / Regional Key Account to
perform required customer Analysis .
Monitor Data Quality / address any quality, quantity issue to
relevant District, Country, Region to perform Customer Analysis.
Liaise with Product Colleagues to drive performance improvement
/ Corrective actions when performance level falls below required level.
Ensure proper execution of agreed service and agreed KPI\'s.
Prepare monthly Score card \xe2\x80\x93 Quarter Business Review figures
and lead / support client discussions, including monthly and quarterly meetings as needed in support of Key Account Manager\'s team.
Liaise with Global Team for implementation and / or Re-
engineering.
Support Project management of ongoing account specific project.
Support Global Key Accounts / Regional Key Account on SOP
establishment and update communication. Ensure full adherence of it throughout the organization.
Support Key Account Manager (KAM), Global Account Manager
(GAM) on adhoc quotations issuance and communication in line with profit guidance provided by KAM / GAM.
Seek, promote, and initiate continuous improvement & cost saving
opportunities.
Develop KPIs and continuous improvement programs and process.
Manage / Monitor Electronic Data Interchange flows with client if
any.
QHSE &compliance and Ethics
Comply and meet with all QHSE, Compliance, Ethics requirements
and Code of Conduct. Profile
