Technical Estimator / QS - Fit-Out, Joinery & FF&E (Dubai)

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, analytical and market-aware Estimator/QS to support our interior projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate has strong experience across fit-out, joinery and FF&E, with the ability to prepare accurate take-offs, issue RFQs, and manage pricing with local suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Full cost estimation for fit-out, joinery and FF&E packages Take-off and BOQ preparation from drawings Issue RFQs and prepare tender comparison sheets Maintain and expand Dubai supplier/vendor database Support procurement with commercial and technical inputs

Requirements

5+ years estimation/QS experience in Dubai Strong background in subcontractors or fit-out companies Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas) Strong ability to read drawings and quantify Balance of analytical mindset + negotiation skills Existing knowledge of local suppliers is required Excellent English communication
