:

• Configure Oracle Fusion Applications based on the business requirements and best practices.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion Applications with other systems within the organization's IT landscape, such as CRM, ERP, HRM, etc.
• Assist in data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Applications, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop customizations and extensions using Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), Oracle Fusion Middleware, and other tools to meet specific business needs that cannot be addressed through standard configurations.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the developed solutions work as expected and meet the defined requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Ensure that security best practices and data compliance standards are followed throughout the implementation.
• Work closely with functional consultants and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Designing solutions that integrate with existing technology, including hardware, operating systems, and other applications.
• Investigate, understand and respond to the needs of internal and external stake holders. Build and maintain strategically important client and contractor relation.
• Proactively serve and constructively respond to external client needs to meet business priorities.
• Collaborate constructively and effectively with all levels within and outside the organization orally and in writing.
• Manage conflict, solve problems and mediate between different interests of multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master Degree for the relevant domain.
Nice to have Certification in Oracle Fusion technical.
