Description

Responsibilities:

Checked technical designs and drawings and ensure follows the building specifications.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors and the team for the progress of the project.
Liaise with Local Authorities.
Prepares technical reports, methodology, submittals and official letters.
Manage Shop Drawing updates.
Provide technical advise and works with the Design Consultants to achieve the best quality and outcome.

Qualifications:

Likely to have an Architectural or Engineering Degree.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the UAE with a Main Contractor.
Must have experience working with contractors.
Strong personal skills with excellent command in English (speaking and writing).
Well-presented, professional and a team player.
Available to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah or based in Ras Al Khaimah is highly preferred.
