jdr2023004 Our client, a Contractor in Ras Al-Khaimah, is urgently in need of Technical Engineer, with solid knowledge in design, submittals, specifications and compliance, and capable of co-ordinating with Clients, Consultants and Local Authorities.
Description
Responsibilities:- Checked technical designs and drawings and ensure follows the building specifications.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and the team for the progress of the project.
- Liaise with Local Authorities.
- Prepares technical reports, methodology, submittals and official letters.
- Manage Shop Drawing updates.
- Provide technical advise and works with the Design Consultants to achieve the best quality and outcome.
- Likely to have an Architectural or Engineering Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the UAE with a Main Contractor.
- Must have experience working with contractors.
- Strong personal skills with excellent command in English (speaking and writing).
- Well-presented, professional and a team player.
- Available to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah or based in Ras Al Khaimah is highly preferred.
