Prepare and manage material technical submittals, WIRs, and MIRs in coordination with project and QA/QC teams.
Assist in preparing method statements and material submittals.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority standards.
Support site teams in resolving technical issues.
Prepare accurate material and labor take-offs based on drawings.
Price BOQs for tendering and variations.
Maintain proper technical documentation and records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within fit-out or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of technical documentation, project specifications, and authority standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and document control systems.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
