Job Description

We are looking for experienced Technical Civil Engineer that can join immediately.

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• More than 3 years experience in a Landscaping Company
• Coordinate and follow up the approvals of drawings, material submittals and samples for construction to concerned site personnel.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working as part of a team.

• Review contract documents and advise the Project Manager on technical matters affecting construction approvals.

• Prepare and follow-up technical queries with the Client/Consultants.

• Supporting the team during planning, design, development, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
• Controlling company and project documentation
• Following and improving document control procedures
• Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
• Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
• Producing document progress reports for senior managers
• Conducting regular reviews and document audits
• Using computers to organise and distribute documents within a company
• Helping in the planning stages of a specific project
• Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion
• Conducts daily inspections and scope tests to determine and attain the required construction quality as per the drawings and specifications
• In-charge of all QA/QC documents - test results, inspection requests, compliance reports, certificates, etc.
• Develops method statements for the safety of work executions
• Coordinates between engineers and consultants regarding material submittals
• Handles tasks to close NCRs
• The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions
• Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation
• Monitor all quality related activities on the project
