Job Description

The Role

Produce detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, joinery drawings and 3D layouts for villa renovation and interior fit-out works. o Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors and site teams to ensure all drawings are aligned with buildability and site conditions. o Conduct site measurements and verification of existing conditions before preparing drawings. o Prepare as-built drawings post-completion when required. o Support material and specification coordination, ensuring design integrity is maintained throughout delivery. o Monitor drawing revisions and ensure version control and clear communication across teams.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Technical Designer / Draftsman / Interior Technical o Coordinator within fit-out, joinery or residential interiors. o Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar drafting software. o Strong understanding of construction methods, joinery detailing and finishing materials. o Able to interpret design concepts into practical buildable solutions. o UAE driving license preferred (for occasional site visits).
