WEFIX Technical Services L.L.C, a leading provider of fit-out and renovation services in Dubai, is seeking a

Renovation Team Lead

who is not only a skilled leader but also an experienced trades-person. This is a hands-on role where you will actively participate in renovation work while leading a small team to ensure high-quality, timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of technicians and tradespeople while actively participating in the execution of renovation tasks such as carpentry, tiling, plumbing, and painting. Work alongside your team on-site, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest quality standards and within project deadlines. Assist in reviewing project plans and blueprints to ensure that renovation work aligns with the client's specifications and design. Coordinate daily tasks, manage on-site materials, and ensure all tools and equipment are properly used and maintained. Provide guidance and training to team members as needed, ensuring all safety standards and procedures are followed. Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues or challenges as they arise, ensuring minimal delays in project progress. Communicate with the project manager or client to report progress, raise concerns, or provide updates on job completion. Ensure that every stage of the renovation is carried out with precision, paying attention to detail to deliver a flawless final result. Manage time efficiently, dividing your focus between leading the team and completing your own assigned tasks. Be flexible to assist in various trades as needed to support project completion.
Skills and Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience in the renovation industry, for about 3-4 years. Experience leading a team on renovation or construction sites, while also being actively involved in work hands-on. Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks, resources, and time effectively. Ability to troubleshoot and solve on-site challenges with a practical, solutions-driven approach. Familiarity with safety procedures and best practices in a renovation or construction environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid UAE driving license is prefered.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
