. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all technical, operational, and documentation aspects of survey projects. The role involves attending client enquiries, preparing technical and commercial proposals, developing method statements, managing portal registrations, and supporting field survey teams to ensure that all project deliverables meet technical standards, quality requirements, and authority regulations. The Technical Coordinator will also act as a key link between clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend client enquiries and prepare Technical and Commercial proposals.
Prepare method statements, project documentation, and submission packages.
Manage portal registrations, pre-qualification documents, and authority submissions.
Review survey data, drawings, and reports to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.
Liaise between field teams, engineers, clients, and consultants.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and drawing registers.
Ensure compliance with company standards, client specifications, and authority requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering
.
3-5 years of experience
in a survey consultancy or Engineering firm.
Strong knowledge of
AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey data processing software
.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Familiar with
proposal preparation, tender documentation, and portal registrations
.
UAE experience preferred.
