Job Title: Technical Coordinator (Construction & Fit-Out)

QAR 7,500 (all-inclusive) + QAR 1,000 transportation allowance

Working Days:

Saturday to Thursday

Working Hours:

08:00 AM - 5:00 PM (including lunch break)

We are seeking an experienced

Technical Coordinator (Construction & Fit-Out)

to join our team in Umm Qarn, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and fit-out projects, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to manage coordination between site teams, consultants, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate fit-out works and technical documentation on-site. Ensure compliance with project specifications, QCS standards, and local authority requirements (QCD, Ashghal, Kahramaa). Review drawings, AutoCAD designs, and material submittals. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and quality assurance. Monitor progress and report regularly to the project manager. Ensure site safety and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction,

with proven fit-out expertise

(GCC experience preferred). Strong knowledge of QCS and authority approvals. Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qatar Valid Driving License (preferred).

Must be available in Qatar and able to

join immediately
