to join our Contracting & Trading division in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical documentation, project support, and communication between the engineering, procurement, and sales teams. Prior experience in the contracting or trading field is essential. Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with engineers, sales, and project teams to ensure all technical requirements are properly documented and communicated.
Prepare and review technical submittals, drawings, material data sheets, and other project-related documents.
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for technical clarifications and documentation support.
Maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
Support the sales team in preparing technically accurate proposals and quotations.
Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any technical or coordination issues.
Facilitate communication between site teams and the head office for timely project execution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Coordinator in a contracting or trading company.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, project documentation, and coordination processes.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
Excellent communication and coordination skills in English (Tagalog preferred).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
