to join our client's team in Umm Qarn, Qatar. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating fit-out projects, ensuring technical compliance, and managing communication between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate architectural fit-out works and technical documentation at site level.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, QCS standards, and authority requirements (QCD, Ashghal, Kahramaa).
Review architectural drawings, AutoCAD designs, and material submittals.
Support project planning, scheduling, and QA/QC processes.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
Ensure site safety standards and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with proven architectural fit-out expertise (GCC experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of QCS codes and authority approval processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design tools.
Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred).
Must be currently in Qatar and able to join immediately.
