Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related engineering field.

It is essential to have prior experience working in a construction or project-based setting.

Knowledgeable iTWO user and familiar with digital interfaces between the tools relevant to the Group (e.g. iTWO, AS4U, proCON).

Experience in the handling of construction projects /sector-related projects.

Contributes creative ideas to solve challenges.

Promotes a creative environment and the exchange of ideas within the team

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Cost Controller who supports the monitoring of company resources to achieve strategic goals and ensure long-term profitability, thereby providing a basis for decision-making for the responsible management or project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Support data preparation and analysis.

Assists in the preparation of monthly performance reports.

Assists with the preparation of construction duration forecasts.

Supports the responsible construction/project management in preparing and analysing the project results report.

Supports operational units in the preparation and continuation of the work calculation.

Plays an active part in change processes

Support in the preparation of target/actual comparisons of costs and performance in your own area of responsibility.

Support in the preparation of project reports and follow-up processing.

Entrepreneurial thinking and acting in one's own sphere of influence.
