Core Duties

• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design intent is executed on site
• Review project designs for compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and specifications
• Oversee construction detailing, material selection, and quality assurance during project execution
• Provide solutions to technical issues arising during design and construction phases
• Contribute to value engineering initiatives and feasibility studies to optimize project delivery

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience, with strong exposure to residential and high-rise projects in the UAE
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
• In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, standards, and approval processes
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
