Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead the development of our platform, contributing to the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Product Development: Drive the development of new features and improvements, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Technology Stack: Choose and implement the right technology stack to support the scalability and growth of our platform.
- Team Building: As a co-founder, you will play a key role in building and leading a talented technical team as we grow.
- Coding: Must be able to code the webapp individually
- Proven experience as a technical lead or senior developer in a startup environment.
- Expertise in MEAN / MERN Stack.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building innovative products.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
