Job Description
We are a licensed IT company based in Dubai, seeking an experienced and motivated Co-founder/Managing Partner to take charge of the day-to-day operations and drive the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, a track record of managing successful businesses, and a deep understanding of the Dubai market. This is a unique opportunity to join our company as an equity partner, sharing 50% of the profits after expenses. Responsibilities:
Part-time hours: 40 per week Salary: AED15,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month Experience:
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT company, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the company\'s client base and market presence.
- Manage the company\'s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team to support the company\'s growth objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the UK-based founder on strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Proven experience in managing IT businesses or relevant experience in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai market and its business landscape.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growing businesses.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- A bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
