Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage civil engineering aspects of ongoing projects.
Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution.
Prepare technical reports and documentation as required.
Provide support in structural design and analysis.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for projects.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims.
Monitor project costs, identify potential overruns, and provide cost control solutions.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and procurement teams for cost-related matters.
Conduct site visits to verify quantities and assess work progress.
Prepare interim and final payment applications and certifications.
Maintain updated records of project expenses and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of civil engineering experience within the UAE.
Structural engineering experience is a
plus
.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes and standards.
Excellent communication and site coordination skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and civil engineering software.
