As the Technical Architect, You will collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful design,
planning, and execution of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with project managers and other teams to define project objectives, scope, and

technical requirements.

• Develop detailed technical designs and plans for marble products and fitout projects, considering

architectural, structural, and engineering aspects.

• Evaluate and select appropriate materials, finishes, and construction methods , ensuring compliance

with industry standards and regulations.

• Develop material specifications and standards to maintain consistent product quality.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, offering solutions to complex design and

construction challenges.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and sustainable

construction practices.

• Implement quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to

design specifications and quality standards.

• Collaborate with quality control and procurement teams to maintain and improve product quality.
• Ensure that all projects comply with local and international building codes, safety regulations, and

industry standards.

• Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction and renovation projects.
• Work with project managers to optimize project budgets without compromising on quality or safety.
• Identify cost-effective solutions and recommend value engineering options when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including architectural drawings,

technical specifications, and as-built records.

• Collaborate with the drafting and documentation team to ensure accurate and up-to-date project

records.

• Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers,

designers, contractors, and suppliers.

• Provide technical support and guidance to project team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect in the Fit-out industry.
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and codes.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Professional architectural licensure may be required.
• Familiarity with sustainability and environmental best practices in construction is a plus
