The Role

:

? Prepare and submit tenders, BOQs, and technical/commercial proposals; assist in progress claims and maintain project documentation. ? Manage vendor registration and qualification with consultants, contractors, and clients. ? Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and labour providers while monitoring market prices. ? Support project delivery through material tracking, labour productivity, quality control, and presenting technical solutions to clients and engineers.

Technical and Procurement Engineer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that trades and manufactures a wide array of paints and coating products Qualifications: ? Male, 35 years old and below ? Must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management. ? Minimum 5 years' experience in tendering, procurement, and project coordination within the UAE construction industry. ? Strong knowledge of construction pricing, labor costs, and subcontractor networks.
