Technical Analyst is responsible for overseeing the implementation of projects and solutions, primarily from technical perspective.

- Perform technical system analysis on software programs, applications and services.
- Gather technical requirements and related acceptance criteria, with defining technical scope.
- Analyze requirements to support in technical estimation and associated cost.
- Document Business technical requirements, along with obtaining approvals.
- Determine system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal department / end-users.
- Efficiently support in integrating new systems and programs with business operations / services.
- Facilitate in monitoring product licenses and ensuring compliance with system enhancements.
- Facilitate in implementing new features in the field of system and enterprise architecture.
- Identify and/or support in effective solutions for software technical system issues.
- Report common patterns, implementation gaps and other issues to management.
- Perform data analysis and/or scripts development on specific occasions, when required.
- Responsible to proactively monitor technical scope and interface dependencies, until closure.
- Facilitate in systems testing to own/close technical issues/delays, along with the testing team.
- Lead to control assigned release deficiencies, among the Vendor and Company.
- Create/manage/close deliverable tracking through company defects logging tools and/or JIRA.
- Review/Approve vendor release and documents from technical and implementation perspective.
- Secure approvals and align members / tasks, for system / release deployments, including go live.
- Lead assigned installation / implementation tasks, in development, testing and in go live.
- Must lead system / release go live, with required communication and coordination - be available onsite for releases go live during weekends (Sat/Sun) and/or during business days evening.
- Engagement Coordinator - Facilitate in related meetings, publish MOM and follow-up on assigned tasks, until closure.
- Facilitate Compnay's Program/Project Manager / ITD Relationship Manager / Business Owner / Product Owner, in assigned engagement activities.
- Facilitate Company Program/Project Manager in the engagement meetings and status reporting updates
Role Purpose:
- This function is designed to fill in the need of accommodating parallel scope releases and deployments, in a complex integrated environment, where technical representative has to attentive and available to support project/support team.
- Assign a dedicated Technical Service to support in the solution implementation activities by analysing technical requirements & data with resolution, developing technical scripts, document technical requirements, manage company internal release tickets, lead system installations, and facilitate in delivery coordination of execution tasks associated with the engagement scope work plan.
Key Accountabilities of the role:
Category of Function 1:
Lead implementation of the assigned work.
Perform technical requirement analysis.
Facilitate in requirements / defects documentation until closure.
Category of Function 2:
Deliver assigned tasks, promptly resolve technical challenges, and escalate / follow issues to the Management, where necessary.
Proactively maintain current awareness of the engagement requirements and testing activities with status.
Category of Function 3:
Facilitate company Program/Project Manager and ITD Business Relationship Manager in engagement activities.
Monitor and provide inputs to scope and testing delivery plans, review plans regularly with the project team and ensure assigned tasks / milestones are being achieved in a timely manner.
Category of Function 4 :
Act as Technical Coordinator and perform relevant assigned duties.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external contacts.
Completion of the project / task assignment with a high-quality standard.
Experience required:
Experience required:
- 5+ years of functional business technical analyst / coordinator experience in Banking Domain "Retail Banking Products Knowledge is preferred".
- Branch Banking Systems Implementation knowledge "Ambit system" (Preferred)
- Experience in system implementations as a key functional / technical member.
- Demonstrate experience and creativity in system development and application design.
- Combine IT expertise, computer programming skills with business knowledge.
- Experience in delivery co-ordination and implementation activities lead
- Sound skills in understanding and finalizing hardware/software technical requirements.
- Appropriate skills and knowledge of JAVA, databases, SQL, and Websphere.
- Knowledge in MS Office products and MS PowerPoint, MS Project Schedule and related tools.
- Detail oriented with organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines on a consistent basis.
- Self-motivated with proactive approach to problem solving, issue/conflict resolution.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as a team player.
- Change management experience.
- Knowledge of data security and encryption.
- Able to keep up good relations with vendors.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer science or IT or require job experience with other bachelor's
