: The Technical Analyst is responsible for drafting, writing, and publishing of technical reviews while aiding management in the analysis and decision points utilized in strategic decision making. He/she formats and delivers technical planning, analysis, monitoring & control, operational, and strategic presentations and reports to the management. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other department leads to define, prioritize, develop and monitor the projects.
Preparation and validation of project plan & project budget
Preparation and validation of procurement strategy and contract model
Perform risk assessment on the terms and conditions of contract and prepare the mitigation plan prior to contract award
Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements and professional standards
Determine staff scheduling of assignments based on skill levels needed for specific audits/projects
Utilise tools such as Excel, Power BI, etc. to be used for data analytics in supporting real-time execution of the existing construction audit program
Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, variations, claims, EOT\'s, risks, and resource allocation.
Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Management.
Monitors construction schedule and highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance to the management
To analyze the gaps between the planned vs actual and highlight the areas needing attention for the action of the project team
Manage the performance and completion of risk assessments and audit projects specifically as they relate to project management areas
To conduct progress review meetings at fixed intervals
Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company\xe2\x80\x99s standards
Updating and drafting new and/or improving existing project management office policies and processes.
Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines
Assisting with the certification of works and awarding Completion Certificates
Establish audit work programs to effectively evaluate operations, based on best practices, regulatory requirements, and the operating environment
Accurately documenting the projects creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the projects scope, budget, and justification
Qualifications:
Six years of experience in Project Planning & Construction Management, risk management, claims management and production of reports and presentation.
Highly competent and proficient in the use of software packages.
Accuracy and attention to precise detail.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to meet suspense dates/times.
Ability to handle routine tasks.
Strong communication skills and expert fluency in reading, writing and communicating effectively in English
Ability to work crossed all functional departments within a multi-cultural team.
Extensive knowledge of policy conformance, practices, and standards required to meet business objectives
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering .
Post-graduation in Construction Management preferable.
Understanding on a construction process and interfaces within the Aviation sector is advantage
