Technical Advisor
Job Description
To lead the technical development, evaluation, and delivery of PPP projects, ensuring technical soundness, regulatory compliance, and alignment with stakeholder requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee technical due diligence and design review.
Prepare technical specifications and contribute to PPP tender documents.
Manage technical risk identification and mitigation.
Support preparation and evaluation of prequalification and bid documentation.
Engage with project owners and stakeholders to align on technical matters.
Lead technical negotiations and support delivery monitoring.
Report on project status and elevate critical issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: QAR28,000.00 per month
