Job Description
The
Technical Advisor
primary role is to provide expert technical support for water system preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance services. This role serves as the technical point of contact for customers, technicians, and field supervisors when conducting site inspections, identifying service requirements, and recommending solutions. The Technical Advisor ensures that all jobs are executed in line with technical standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.QUALIFICATION
Academic Qualification Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Work Experience:
3-5 years of experience in water system installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
1-2 years of experience in technical coordination or advisory roles.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Excellent verbal and written communication (Arabic proficiency is an advantage). Strong knowledge of Water Systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices. Skilled at explaining technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with spare parts management, warranty handling, and service agreements. Customer-focused, proactive, and able to manage multiple tickets simultaneously. Flexible and adaptable to dynamic operational demands. Proficiency in Microsoft Offices
