Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10-15 years of IT experience, with 5-10 years in corporate IT applications for Finance, HR, Legal, or related group functions.
- Strong background in managing technology investments and enterprise-level digital platforms.
- Experience in accounting management or sales within technology management.
- Proven expertise in leading digital transformation initiatives and developing technology roadmaps.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive strategic IT objectives.
