Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a highly skilled QA Lead to drive quality assurance excellence within its Group Technology and Digital Platforms division. This role is responsible for leading and managing QA processes, ensuring seamless collaboration between testing and development teams to enhance product quality and accelerate time-to-market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire QA lifecycle across multiple projects to align testing strategies with organizational objectives.
- Define and implement test strategies, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and risk management across different projects.
- Lead a team of testers, fostering collaboration between QA and development teams to optimize project execution and product quality.
- Streamline QA processes, including test planning, test data management, and environment monitoring, to enhance efficiency and resource utilization.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the testing process, ensuring defects are detected and resolved early in the development cycle.
- Ensure QA deliverables meet quality, schedule, and performance expectations, enhancing the traceability and effectiveness of testing.
- Implement best practices in test automation and continuously improve testing frameworks and methodologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
- ISTQB certification (Foundational, Advanced, or Expert Tester) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage stakeholders and project teams.
- Proficiency in test management tools such as Tricentis TOSCA, JIRA, and QMetry.
