About the Role:

.\xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and develop the Field Service team and ensure resource & competence development and succession in place
  • Plan & drive medium and long term strategies.
  • Secure the right resources and competence to support the business in a cost-efficient manner
  • Ensure optimized utilization and timely service execution
  • Follow up and reporting on projects and service quality
  • Setting, implementing and monitoring of service KPIs.
  • Execute / Supervise Performance agreements, including agreement reviews with customer.
  • Implement and drive ALSOC training process
  • Actively participate in global/cluster improvement project/initiatives
  • Coordinate with other AL SCs and within cluster.
  • Responsible for QHSE for the field service
  • Drive and motivate the overall service organization to maintain operational excellence,
  • Planning the training & development needs to ensure the right competence and prepare for future needs.
  • Define best practice and share that with other Alfa Laval organizations
  • Annual performance development discussions.
  • Promote the Alfa Laval culture and values in the Service management organization
  • Responsible for the correct usage of IT systems and service tools.
  • Comply with AL Corporate Governance and ensure local legal compliance

Engineering graduate with minimum 6-8 years working experience in similar position.

What you can be?

Engineering Degree or Diploma with minimum 6-8 years of working experience
Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment in industrial manner.
Knowledge of rotating equipment, Heat Transfer & fluid equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
Knowledge of good mechanical maintenance practices.
Knowledge about various type of mechanical measuring instruments.
