We are currently seeking a

highly skilled and dependable team leader/supervisor

to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of skilled technicians. Should be technically strong and able to carry out jobs by himself (ie. not only supervise). Daily reporting to management. Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems. Install new AC systems including indoor and outdoor units. Install AC ducting, duct fittings, and AC grills to industry standards. Integrate and configure smart thermostats and HVAC controls. Lead service jobs, manage installations, and troubleshoot issues independently. Provide excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction. Collaborate with other teams on smart home integrations. Guide and support junior technicians as needed. Should have electrical and plumbing knowledge Knowledge of smart home systems (smart thermostats, WiFi solutions, CCTV, home, lighting control, etc) is an asset.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of team supervision Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AC installation, diagnostics, maintenance and repair. Proven experience installing new AC systems, ducting layouts, and AC grills. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make independent decisions on-site. Valid driver's license preferable. Experience working with smart thermostats and home automation systems is a strong advantage. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and communicate clearly with customers.
